Old Town Hostel - Berlin

The rooms were absolutely stunning, kept incredibly clean and tidy, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. The staff were out of this world helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. The shared bathrooms were spotless, and the functional kitchen was a game changer. The free coffee throughout the day was a delightful surprise, and the location near public transportation made getting around a breeze. The option to leave luggage before and after check-in was a huge convenience. The trendy neighborhood filled with amazing restaurants and shops was a jaw-dropping bonus.

Located well at Prenzlauer Berg, nice bed illumination (you can choose a color for your mood).

A liitle bit more of comfort would be nice.

I liked to have internet access for free inside the hostel.

It's really a "no thrills" accomodation, but you pay what you get for!

the staff was really nice and the location was great. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was during the night, which was a miracle for a hostel. the hostel was perfect for a short stay, especially if you're on a budget. the cleanliness was top, notch, from the spotless floors in the room to the clean bathrooms. Getting to the hostel from the airport was a breeze, and the U, Bahn station nearby made it easy to explore the city. Thanks a lot to the team!

Location was fine - rest fair enough for hostel and one night stay

when booking shared bathroom was not clearly indicated - we were suprosed by it upon arrival

I feel it's a bit unfair to give grades right now. As a hostel, I found the place good, and might return. However, should I have known while making a reservation that there is a facade renovation going on, I wouldn't have made any. This is expected to last another month or so. I recommend Aurora hostel later on this year:)

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely hostel in a great location. The kitchen and common areas were beautiful, and I was impressed by how clean everything was, including the shared bathrooms. The twin bed room was comfortable and warm, and the hostel had the convenience of having the tram right in front and the tube just a 5-minute walk away. I also appreciated the free tea, coffee, and apples available throughout the day. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hostel and hope to return soon. a fantastic experience!

Room was ok and quite clean.

When I reserved the room, I thought that there would be own bath. The Booked.net website was quite unclear, and I didn't watch from the Aurora's own site. However, the common bathroom was ok and there wasn't queue at all.

We had a great time at Old Town! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the tram and U-Bahn stations. the staff was friendly and professional, and they even surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a private bathroom. the kitchen and common room were really nice, and we enjoyed the free coffee in the morning. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cool lamp that changed colors. we were very satisfied with our stay. Cons: No issues at all 😊.

This Hostel is all about the location. In one of the best neighborhoods of Berlin for bars and eateries. 20 min walk to Alexander Platz. Rooms are simple clean and quiet.

Limited check in hours 8am-10pm and no communal hostel vibe.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Many rooms, with good availability. Well located in the neighborhood. Easy and safe access at all hours. Wlan available. Clean and well maintained.

One of the noisier streets during traffic hours, though it is better than Schonhauser allee. Wlan connection is not stable, not so much bandwidth for the number of guests.
